[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide brand alignment services a brand agency expert to help it be properly connected to the firstnet, built with AT&T commercial service brand, while not causing marketplace confusion with the First Responder Network Authority brand and presence. The First Responder Network Authority seeks an experienced team with deep brand expertise with co-branding and top 100 commercial brands to evaluate and recommend on brand alignment, brand nomenclature and brand strategy, with the goal of ensuring that the both First Responder Network Authority.
- A brand research plan that outlines a research strategy (including the approach to the other required elements in this section), with a timeline and an approach to ensuring that research is meaningful, relevant to brand decisions and valid. This plan must detail the approach to choosing the right set and number of research subjects to interview and survey.
- Materials review. Evaluate current materials and properties (such as brand guide, collateral and info sheets, website, social, multimedia, video, graphics, presentations, talking points, recorded meetings) to determine and reflect current brand message; also review recently updated strategic elements (including vision, mission, values, strategic objectives, Roadmap and “FirstNet Experience”) to understand organization’s current and aspirational positioning, and relationship to the FirstNet built with AT&T brand.
- Brand surveys/quantitative research Survey current target audiences awareness of and affinity for First Responder Network Authority brand and 2) desired attributes from the First Responder Network Authority to support current and emerging public safety needs.
- Value proposition position statements Based on completed brand research, articulate organization value and brand promise, including creation of agency brand identity message.
- Graphic identity (logo) evaluation and recommendations Review and evaluate current logo design and word marks, giving recommendations for any potential evolution and refresh, based on brand research and value proposition recommendation. Evaluate and recommend on brand mark evolution
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 25, 2019.
