[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide Web Based Inventory and Learning Management Solution include the use of bar-code scanning or other mobile devices for managing inventory and capable of reading various bar codes/tags.
1. A Web-Based Asset and Inventory Management Program that can monitor, track, track inventory in the field, track and manage expiration dates for perishable items, reorder, and maintain inventory levels of all emergency medical supplies and equipment assigned to multiple fire vehicles, that include, but are not limited to:
a. Medications including narcotics;
b. Emergency management supplies with varying bar codes and tags, (i.e., 2D, 3D, RFID tags);
c. Fire tools, equipment and machinery;
d. Hardware, such as computers, laptops, printers and other office equipment;
e. Clothing;
f. Appliances;
g. Radio equipment;
h. Mobile devices; and
i. Other acquired property requiring Fire Department accountability.
2. Ability to track lot numbers and expiration dates.
3. A feature with the ability to track par (maximum/minimum) inventory and shall include reorder metrics for each location or custodian.
4. A method of conducting periodic quality control assessments.
5. Ability to reconcile inventory, track usage, and reorder items that have met the restocking requirements.
6. Allow for field personnel to electronically track the location of equipment, the transfer of equipment from one location or custodian to another
7. Shall have the capacity for the County to create custom forms and reports.
8. Ability to send electronic requests and other exception-type notifications
- This learning management solution must be able to support 150+ users simultaneously and provide technical support and training on use of the software.
1. Meet approved federal, state, and local public safety training mandates.
2. Share and centralize training resources with other departments/agencies.
3. Provide an online training catalog of accredited Fire, EMS, and OSHA courses.
4. Schedule events, send notifications, and keep track of class sizes.
5. Run reports on training status, tests, certifications, training hours and training requirements. Reports must be electronic, with option to print to paper.
6. Maintain a data base of training records for 10+ years.
7. Track fire apparatus and inventory, and document inspections.
8. Solution must be compatible with iOS mobile devices.
9. Create custom assignments and tests, to include videos, PowerPoints, PDFs, MP4, MP3, and other forms of media.
10. Save and store training materials for remote access.
