[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruitment services on an as-needed basis to the government authority located in San Jose, CA.
- Contractor will develop a candidate profile and recruitment strategy, conduct individual interviews with the general manager (or his/her designee) and division directors, develop a recruitment brochure of the ideal candidate, place advertisements for the open position, and prepare mailing lists of referral sources and potential candidates, contractor is responsible for target marketing and controlling costs associated with such marketing,
- Recruitment and search, advertising campaign, networking and screening:
- Conduct an aggressive national search, reach out to referral sources and potential candidates; conduct targeted social media and industry-specific advertising, develop a preliminary list of 10-15 candidates whose experience and background most closely fit the requirements of the position based on the candidate profile,
- Semi-Finalist Interviews:
- Contractor will conduct in-depth interviews with each of the semi-finalists using Skype or a similar product,
- Final Reference Checks:
- Contractor must assist, as needed, in conducting interviews of finalist candidates, contractor must make all arrangements for necessary candidate travel, lodging, and meals, contractor will complete a detailed reference check on the top-ranked, selected candidates and will submit all findings in writing,
- Negotiation and Approved Contract with Final Choice Candidate:
- Contractor will assist in the final evaluation of all candidate data and in the selection of the final candidate who will receive the job offer,
- Termination of the Candidate’s Employment:
- If the final candidate selected for employment by VTA terminates his or her employment for any reason within two (2) years after the initial date of employment.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on December 2, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 3, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
