[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide scheduling software solution that will operate and seamlessly integrate the systems the college makes us of, which includes PeopleSoft, Windows based applications, Cloud based systems, etc,
- Will interface, integrate, manage PeopleSoft Jobs, processes, etc.,
- Will interface from PS back to software package,
- Uses PeopleSoft’s process instance number,
- Put jobs into PeopleSoft tables and report repository so the process monitor can be used to view the jobs,
- Easy to use for non-programmers,
- Supports multi-system dependencies across multiple platforms,
- Makes use of file event triggers,
- Ability to copy job groupings (workflows) to make new ones,
- Needs scheduling flexibility (Examples include daily, business daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly,
quarterly, semi-annually, annually, period schedules, etc.),
- Platforms supported include AIX, Windows, Linux, and Cloud based systems,
- Integration with Microsoft Outlook,
- Ability to load job schedule from Excel,
- Supports production, and all non-production environments,
- Ability to send alerts,
- Ability to manage and track logs for performance and security,
- Access remote systems currently in use and purchased in the future,
- Supports MS SQL / Windows to meet in-house standards,
- Description of life cycle for upgrades, patches, and fixes,
- Description of security in the software package,
- Description and counts of number of customers.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on December 5, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
