Vendor needs to provide service desk transformation solution, uninterrupted, secure and effective service desk support to the government authority located in Ottawa, ON.
- Enterprise Service Desk: Offers 24/7/365 service and provides bilingual desk-to-desk infrastructure support. The ESD receives over 400,000 phone, email and self- service contacts annually from 40+ partner departments and 100+ client agencies/organizations,
- End User Service Desk: Provides optional, bilingual, end-user service desk support to five departments (including SSC) for incident management and request fulfilment relating to desktop environments utilized by 36,000+ end-users. The EUSD handles approximately 360,000 phone, email and self-service contacts annually.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
