[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide box office and ticket management services for the most cost-effective and efficient ticketing alternative who will operate with a maximum level of customer service,
hardware, software, ticket stock, services, and safety.
- Economic generator that positively impacts the community
- World class events delivered to Fulton County residents and visitors
- Engagement/outreach to Fulton County citizens and visitors particularly in the South Fulton community
- Self-sustainable operations
- Ticketing and Customer Relationship Management solution for a complex (that includes a Performing Arts Theatre) of a smaller operational size and scope. The County is willing to consider solutions that are both web-based and non-web based. The preference and plausible longer-term vision for the future of information flow will be to have web-based applications for integrating and viewing data from various sources including the Ticketing solution database. Application integration with Windows-based security management facilities is desired, such as Active Directory. Solutions that include web-based or web enabled technologies for application access and manipulation would be applicable and welcome.
- A. General Management/Event Building/Ticket Sales: -
- Create and manage in a Performing Arts Center environment, and other Cultural Arts facilities.
- Create and manage ticket price sales, ticket types, and service charges.
- Easy to read seating charts.
- Print a variety of ticket formats
- Online and window sales modules will allow customers to buy multiple events with one (1) transaction and one (1) single payment if they choose.
B. Flexible Ticket Sales System/Subscriptions/Foundation Memberships: -
Customize membership programs and collects and track membership data and account histories, assigns points or credits (for example), records personal notes, tracks donation history, etc., Handle group sales and create and track a group sales database
C. Web Site/Web Sales: - Deposit County funds directly into County bank account, Provide web customers with safe and secure transactions. All transactions and deposits shall be audited daily via a printable report, Sell and renew subscriptions and memberships on-line.
D. Customer/Patron Services: - Accommodate expedited patron entry into Wolf Creek through use of a variety of mobile ticket scanners and kiosks at all entry points.
E. Marketing: - Create mailing lists and labels from customer database separable by event
and event type, Easy and natural integration for on-sale events with social-networking sites is
preferred, Other technical and marketing ideas welcomed that will assist in facilitating
higher ticket sales.
F. Customer/Patron Data Base Management Criteria: - Develop/maintain capability of data base to support customer profiles creation, to include comments on customer purchasing habits, history, &/or issues, Develop/maintain an alert system for customers that will red flag instances of ticket fraud or fraudulent claims related to refunds, transaction cancellations after the event, and other such issues that can give us an indication of a customer with repeat issues or challenges.
