[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide IT contracted resources services on an as and when needed basis to the government authority located in British Columbia.
- An IT Service Desk Analyst is responsible for the intake of client incidents/requests reported through email and telephone. A Service Desk Analyst will be expected to triage incidents utilizing knowledge base articles and asking probing questions to better understand the incident/request
being reported to classify the ticket per the TransLink Incident Management Process, responsibilities may include but are not limited to: first level technical support to clients in a networked environment using both standard and custom applications, Utilizing a Service Desk ITSM tool and support systems to record all Service Desk incidents / requests according to established process and documentation guidelines, Resolving incidents over the telephone or with remote control software through the use of Service Desk Procedures and knowledge base, Informing clients of current status of outstanding incident/requests as requested by the client.
- Network Analyst shall work with members of the BTS team, vendors and the business to provide IT services in support of corporate initiatives and requirements. The provisioning of IT services includes, but is not limited to, the following: Monitor and maintain state of good repair for all networking and security infrastructure; Monitor and maintain vendor provided WAN circuits as well as corporately controlled regional fibre optic networks, Engage and consult with BTS and customer project teams to validate proposed technical solutions and provision network infrastructure requirements ensuring compliance with internal best practices, Actively consult with BTS on network performance and tuning initiatives.
- Database Administrator will work with application developers, network and system admins and other internal and external partners on defining the following, database specifications,  requirements, installations, upgrades and patching, utilization, growth and storage projections, optimizing, monitoring and maintaining availability, performance and tuning, ensuring data security, integrity and database archiving, backup and recovery, ensuring compliance with database vendor license agreement, incident, problem and change management.
- Web Systems Analyst supports web-based applications, including enterprise portal, content management systems and other web technologies. key responsibilities include but are not limited to recommend web strategies, policies, standards and procedures to support the corporate internet, intranet and extranet web sites, work closely with architects, software developers, and clients to develop web solutions for their business needs, determine the requirements for web application development or customizations and interfaces, provide on-going support for web-based systems, implement and support the enterprise web environments, participate in the development and implementation of governance plans, perform the role of project manager for contracted systems development.
- Website Developer provides web development and programming support for TL external and internal corporate web sites, make structural and navigational programming changes, configure, develop and/or modify page templates and site components, administer user and subscription authorizations and permissions within the content management system and web statistics application, review, troubleshoot and resolve reported problems, administer search contextual settings and meta data, monitor web usage and governance, maintain and update documentation and style guides.
