[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide partner to develop and execute an integrated marketing program. This program will aim to broaden awareness, acquire leads, and deliver a supply of enrollments and custom training contracts consistent with the organization’s engagement and impact goals
• Provide strategic recommendations for brand, messaging, and market differentiation
• Align marketing tactics with target audiences, personas, and messaging pillars
• Refine and support key messaging based on existing brand identity work
• Design, develop, execute and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns
• Develop content strategy and provide assets to promote the strategy
• Manage social media to promote certificate and custom programs and attain target
enrollment and revenue outcomes, including but not limited to:
- Strategy, copy, and images for daily organic posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to segmented audiences
- Paid social campaign design and management
- Identification and engagement with thought leaders and Influencers
- Strategy, optimization, and management for paid search
• Create and execute content for weekly newsletters
• Plan, design, create, and manage promotional and discount campaigns
• Promote CEPE events and new program launches
• Provide periodic website review and recommendations
• Conduct SEO for new programs and annual review for existing programs
• Work with CEPE leadership to optimize campaign strategy and execution
• Create templates and copy for at least 6 email marketing campaigns per year
• Provide copy and guidance for landing page development and data collection
• Report results at the end of each campaign
• Plan and implement marketing automation processes and technology
• Develop customized workflows for intent marketing and remarketing
• Design and develop templates, copy, and images for personalized campaigns
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 28, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
