[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide unarmed COVID compliance security staff services to the government authority located in Chicago, IL.
- COVID 19 Support staff will be assisting in ensuring the health and safety of all building occupants during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Staff shall perform general duties, including, but not limited to: ask screening questions, any enforcement required will be handled by the sheriff’s staff. conducting temperature checks/assist with temperature screening process, wellness questions at judge’s entrances as necessary. any enforcement required will be handed by the sheriff’s staff, assist with elevator occupancy. any enforcement required will be handled by sheriff’s staff, conduct thermal scans at the entry screening posts and employee entrances, issue denial receipts for any entrant not passing the thermal scan or health questionnaire, maintain all denial receipts, issue copies to county sheriff’s office, remind visitors of the physical distancing guidelines and elevator capacities, monitor common areas and remind visitors of the face covering and physical distancing requirements, properly wear face coverings while in the facility, request professional medical assistance in the event of injury or illness to visitors or employees of cook county while on county premises. in the event of unusual occurrences adversely affecting the interest of county, and as appropriate, security guard shall promptly notify fire and/or police departments, department of facilities management, no security guard shall be permitted to carry firearms while on duty at any county location, security guards may not receive personal mail at any cook county location or make personal or business telephone calls on county telephones.
