(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise risk management advisory services to provide training, skills, and knowledge transfer to help build the risk management capabilities of authority leadership and build a common understanding of risk to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.
- Develop an enterprise risk assessment framework and conduct a risk assessment of program risks and organizational capabilities
- Develop a plan, provide resources, coordinate and support Authority quarterly enterprise risk management workshops and reporting
- A plan to evolve and mature data collection, analytic techniques, and lessons learned
- A change management strategy
- A draft policy and procedures to support implementation
- Formal risk management training
- And Risk register templates
