(1) Vendor needs to provide benefits management solution to access benefit selections and enroll in Benefits during the months of August and October.

- Monthly status report template and
- Schedule template
- Description of any automated data conversion tools that will be used
- An inventory and cross reference of source and target data elements, schema, metadata, and all self‐describing files
- A description of the process for data extraction, transformation and loading for each data source
- Procedures for handling missing data, data exceptions, and default values
- Description of any risks associated with the proposed data conversion and mitigation primary strategy, including any risks that could affect conversion feasibility, technical performance of the converted system, the conversion schedule, costs, backup and recovery procedures
- Context changes (e.g., import of external data, historic changes to operational parameters (system upgrades), synchronization timing of duplicated, de-normalized data
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 8, 2021.
