Vendor needs to provide advance career and technical education consultant services and data, the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (Perkins V), convening workgroups, gathering qualitative data, designing data reports and dashboards, developing training materials, identifying opportunity gaps, and performing root cause analysis to the government authority located in Oregon.
- Develop the capacity of state and local leaders to improve their CTE data systems and better meet the needs of postsecondary learners;
- Improve data quality, literacy, and use;
- Foster peer sharing network among state leaders; and
- Identify and share promising practices for postsecondary CTE data collection, validation, and effective use nationwide.
- CTE Report redesign and all related work which may include but not be limited to: information gathering, research, facilitation of meetings, drafting development and refinements, providing regular updates, meetings with stakeholders, conducting user testing, evaluation and modification of reporting, performing quality assurance, providing support and user training, designing training materials for stakeholder groups, developing recommendations and implementation of reporting
