[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide technical accounting services to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA.
1. Provide technical accounting assistance, training and development to the organization's Financial Services staff. This service will consist of an estimated 40 hours of performance per month. The specific work to be performed and training to be provided will be determined and coordinated by the Chief Financial Officer.
2. Assist the Finance Department in the production of the fiscal year annual budgets. This work will include the production of all agency required budget documents and complete detailed internal budget documentation.
3. Consultant will assist the Authority in maintaining its agency prescribed asset based management model.
4. Assist the staff in the completion of the fiscal year end closeout of the Housing Authority. This work includes all agency required reports and filings. In addition, the consultant will provide supporting schedules in preparation for the annual audit.
5. Assist agency staff with financial analysis with regards to the implementation of agency.
6. Assist the agency with required documents for agency training.
7. Provide technical accounting assistance to agency departments and subsidiaries as requested.
8. Assist agency departments with issues as they pertain to Federal, State and/or Local compliance.
