Vendor needs to provide SHARS and medicaid reimbursement services on an as-needed basis to the government authority located in College Station, TX.
1. Provide SHARS/Medicaid Reimbursement Services as required by agency in the most efficient and cost-effective manner;
2. Provide a user-friendly way to electronically document the services provided to special education students;
3. Provide a user-friendly way to import nurse’s data;
4. Provide a user-friendly claims submission system that meets agency requirements;
5. Be present and able to assist district staff in the District-wide implementation and training with minimal impact on regular operations;
6. Provide timely and dedicated ongoing support for the Provider’s claims submission system;
7. Provide agency program support, as needed, for cost report reporting and agency.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
