[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide collective access software and hosting, data import and support services.
- data import and metadata mapping services for Library's Collective Access installation on an as-needed basis at an hourly rate for any data project proposed by Library
- granted secure access to Library's Collective Access installation for the purpose of any data import project and metadata mapping work.
- secure access to Library's Collective Access installation for the purpose of any development and
configuration work or related support work.
- Support services include troubleshooting any issues related to setup, configuration and general use of the Collective Access system; any issues relating to preparation and transfer of data necessary for project work or general use of the Collective Access system; and troubleshooting of any issue related to access of and expected use of a finished dataset following Vendor work or any data work conducted by Library in the Collective Access system.
- phone and email software support and troubleshooting in response to communication from Library.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 1, 2021.
