[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide coaching and advising platform that facilitates the coaching and advising of students.
- technical services to implement the solution and additional data integration services as needed to enhance visibility into the full student lifecycle
- solution will support coaching and advising, and will integrate other kinds of student support engagement data
- Experience working closely with functional areas across student/academic services and academic units to further support analysis and requirements for implementation of a technical solution
- proven track-record of delivering project deliverables on-schedule and on-budget.
- Assist with transition of data from current systems and identifying additional data needs to meet coaching/advising operations as well as support the data migration strategy/plan
- Support the development of training materials for the faculty, staff, coach and advisor end-user communities on how to use the platform
- Enhanced clarity of the student referral network of services
- Enhanced visibility into full lifecycle of student experience
- Ability to house legacy lifecycle notes and information from current platform
- Mobile-friendly interface for students, advisors and coaches
- Ability to automatically assign tasks or to-do lists to students based on corresponding campaign Email
- Full utilization of email, text messaging, and telephony integration.
- Ability for users to build their own reports using any and all data elements from the system
- Ability to switch between views based on user role for multi-role users.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 5, 2021.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
