Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Edinburg, TX.
- Once a week, the contractor shall provide all housekeeping services for Admin Building, Building 1,
Building 2, Restroom in Building 3 (Shop), and Building 14.
Office and Lab Areas:
Empty out and reline trash containers.
Remove all cobwebs from entryways, hallways and surrounding areas.
Wipe down desks if cleared.
Clean glass doors and windows.
Dust out all blinds and window sills.
Sweep all hard floors.
Mop all hard floors with disinfectant.
KITCHEN/LOUNGE AREA
Empty out and reline trash liners
Clean and wipe down all countertops
Clean inside, outside and behind microwaves
Clean and wipe down tables
Sweep and mop all hard floors
RESTROOMS:
Toilets and urinals to be cleaned and wiped down on both sides with disinfectant
Empty out and reline trash containers.
Stock up all paper products and soap.
Sweep all hard floors.
Mop all hard floors with disinfectant.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
