(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administrative services for medical and self-funded plan and integrate or non-integrated pharmacy benefit manager.
- Establish claims reporting procedures that are compatible with the needs and organizational structure of the District and the claims administrator.
- Develop procedures and coordinate eligibility data with the claims administrator.
- Conduct monthly internal audits for claim accuracy and occurrence of mis payments
- Administer plan on a detail billing remittance basis.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 3, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 10, 2021.
