- Invested Revenue District Development Program Description to reflect current rules,
- DIF Financial Plan:
- to include actual changes in Assessed Value as a result of investment and current and proposed TIF/TIE agreements. Edit to account for changes to the tax rates.
- Deliver a manipulatable excel spreadsheet for the City to update in future years
- Revise Project Budget (Sources and Uses)
- Add new use categories for DIF Funds, including:
- Development assistance
- Property cost write down assistance
- Public art
- Grant for private art programs
- Facade assistance
- Building activation assistance.
(2) A Virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on December 6, 2021
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 8, 2021.
