[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide financial management, and financial services for the city’s strengthening communities and other similar programs to the government authority located in New York.
- This will involve facilitating financial relationships with community and faith-based networks while maintaining contracts with existing networks to provide funding through agency.
• Distribute funds as laid out in the approved budget.
• Maintain organized receipts, documentation, and monthly financial statements accessible to the city.
• Ensure resources are utilized in compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations.
• Work with agency or other relevant city agency’s finance unit to develop a system of internal controls as per local, state and federal standards of financial management systems.
• Monitor expenditures monthly to ensure that over-spending or under-spending can be addressed before the end of the fiscal period.
• Develop a timeline for implementation of the program and establish a regular reporting structure on expenditures and program status and other key program metrics.
• Perform data summarization to efficiently submit audit reports, capture costs, prepare cost reports, reconcile invoices, and close-out projects.
• Review for clarity and completeness, as well as consistency and accuracy, all data and supporting documentation.
• Scan electronically and save all data and documentation for audit review and approval.
(2) Contract term will be five years.
