Vendor needs to provide community survey services to the government authority located in Lauderhill, FL.
- The City of Lauderhill has hired a 3rd Party Contractor to work with City Administration to prepare a Strategic Plan/Vision for Lauderhill. Upon completion, the staff will present the findings and proposed plan to the Mayor and Commission for adoption and implementation.
- The third-party vendor does not have the means or capabilities to implement a random scientific survey to attain the opinions and ideas of the general public - who perhaps don’t utilize social media, emails, or attend City functions and events on the regular.
- Design the Survey and Prepare the Sampling Plan: -
• Participating in meetings by phone to develop the survey.
• Conducting a pilot test of the survey to ensure the questions are understood by residents. Based on the results of the pilot test, Surveyor will recommend changes (if needed) to the survey.
- Administer the Survey: -
• Surveyor will administer the survey by a combination of mail, Internet and phone.
• Surveyor will mail the survey and a cover letter (on City letterhead) to a random sample of 1200 households in the City

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
