(1) Vendor needs to provide technical assistance and strategic planning support service.
- to provide all labor, supervision, and all other pertinent resources to provide the following resources to make homeless Veterans, at-risk Veterans, and people who are likely to encounter Veterans who lack stable housing aware of the following VA programs:
• Homeless prevention
• Rapid rehousing
• Transitional housing
• Justice outreach
• Case management
• Supportive employment
• And other resources
- Task Breakdown:
1. Project Management
2. Community Initiative Direct Coaching, Cohorts, HPO Support, and (Virtual) Listening Sessions
3. Training Workshops
4. Policy Review and Recommendations
5. VA Strategic Plan Implementation Support
6. Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) Support
7. End of Contract Performance Assessment reporting
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 27, 2022
(3) The contract period will be for four years.
