[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide policy management solution services.
- Initial review of existing policies based on State and Federal laws and regulations which shall consist of:
- Review of all existing policies
- Recommendations from initial review which shall include:
- Updates presented with a summary of changes and a side-by-side comparison of the existing and updated policies
- Training requirements and recommendations that arise from initial review
- Review and signature process for County staff to verify policy acknowledgment for updates and changes
- Maintenance of policies which would include:
- Notifications of any policy changes as they occur pertaining to:
- Policy updates and changes with summary and side-by-side comparison of existing and updated policies
- Training requirements and recommendations
- Review and signature process for County staff to verify policy acknowledgment for updates and changes.
- Contractor shall provide virtual trainings as needed after initial review of existing policies and shall provide trainings as needed thereafter when policy updates or changes occur.
- Contractor shall provide communication tool for trainings and updates to staff.
- Contractor shall provide a quarterly report of BPAI staff that have acknowledged policies and policy updates as well as completed trainings. The quarterly report shall be due by the 15th of each month for the preceding quarter.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2022
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
