[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide real property counsel service to assist the city attorney’s office at the harbor to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.
- The attorneys draft and approve all harbor tariffs, leases, permits and contracts; specifications for harbor projects, including construction projects; real property transactions, and all permits issued by the harbor.
- In addition, the attorneys provide legal advice to Harbor and Board of Harbor Commissioners on all state lands and tidelands trusts issues, Federal Maritime Commission issues, real estate and property management issues, employment and labor, marketing and international trade requirements, railroad operating and other legal matters related to port operations.
- Qualified attorneys to provide professional legal services for ongoing real estate matters. Real property law counsel will assist the office with sophisticated real estate matters including complex commercial and industrial leasing of real property by a governmental agency landlord, assignment and subleasing, ground leasing and financing, purchasing and sale, Tidelands Trust, and real estate remedies and enforcement of leases.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2022
