[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide design and printing services to the government authority located in Olympia, WA.
1. Printing Services
2. Assembly and Mailing Services, Inventory and Warehousing Management
3. One-time Transition Period.
The contractor shall provide on-going printing and delivery of up to 5,000,000 of 2 color and 4 color health promotion materials (various sizes) and 1.5 million envelopes throughout the year.
i) At various time per year the contractor shall be able to provide printing and finishing of an average of 250,000 and up to 1 million in a single month.
ii) Health promotion materials can include but may not be limited to:
(1) 8 ½” x 14” Letters
(2) 11” x 17” (flat) 3.5” x 8.5” (finished) Brochures
(3) 8.5”x 11” (flat) 3.75”x8.5” (finished) Inserts

iii) Print orders shall be completed within four weeks, including proofing, printing, and delivery.
iv) Proofs should be sent back to Contract Manager no later than 3-business days.
v) Final print quantities are to be determined by need or price breaks advantageous to the DOH
vi) The contractor will coordinate delivery of printed materials with warehouse facility(ies) (even if separately contracted) to ensure streamlined data reporting to allow for real-time inventory management.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 09, 2022.
