[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide armed and unarmed security guard services to the government authority located in California.
- To provide security guard services as needed and scheduled by the city, seven days per week, including holidays at four locations
- In addition, unarmed guard services may be provided to cover the recreational vehicle lot on an as needed basis. the uniformed, armed and unarmed security guards will be responsible for maintaining a security checkpoint, stationary, foot roving, and vehicle roving where required by the City.
- Assist with protecting personnel and city property    
- Guard, protect, and save all property from theft, injury, arson hazardous conditions, sabotage, vandalism, malicious mischief, defacement, etc. by responding promptly and appropriately to all security-related situations.
- Provide all patrol vehicles, electric and gas golf carts, or full-size vehicles. Contractor is responsible for providing the appropriate staff training, licensing, insurance, maintenance, and depreciation for each vehicle utilized. Vehicles shall have visible company identification at all times.
- Provide a Supervisor to check in with each guard weekly (either remotely or on-site). The Supervisor must also perform quarterly random on-site inspections at each location for quality assurance. If any issues are observed, the frequency of random inspections will be increased.
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on February 6, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 15, 2023
(4) The contract will be three years.
