[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide point-in-time count data analysis consultant service to the government authority located in Pasadena, CA.
- Preparing and conducting analysis of unsheltered and sheltered Homeless Count data, including the creation of a unique identifier for deduplication, subpopulation estimates and demographic information based upon survey results and data.
- Reviewing and deduplicating data from the unsheltered and sheltered count.
- Creating, updating and running any necessary reports using HMIS data for all emergency shelter and transitional housing programs in Pasadena.
- Compiling data for submission by staff into the Homelessness Data Exchange system for submission
- Analysing demographic information and other characteristics for priority populations, including: chronically homeless, families with children, transitional aged youth, seniors and veterans.
- Conducting a comparative and racial disparity analysis using city of annual community survey data from the census and data collected through the 2023 homeless count. A comparative and racial disparity analysis using data collected from the previous Homeless Counts may also be requested.
- Creating, designing, and formatting the written report template, data tables and infographics for inclusion in the detailed Homeless Count report.
- Writing a description of the methodology used for the count and how the analysis of data was conducted for inclusion in the homeless count report.
- Creating and designing the power point presentation that will be given to the city council containing the results of the count and related findings.
- Other PIT-Count data analysis tasks as assigned.
