(1) Vendor needs to provide construction cost estimating consulting services to the government authority located in Clearwater, FL.
- Utilize professional cost estimators to review and develop construction estimates.
- The services provided will greatly enhance the ability to provide our elected body and management greater accuracy to make informed decisions.
- The selected consultants will review construction estimates received through various delivery methods, such as Design or Bid or Build, Design build, CM at Risk and Job Order Contracting, as well as assist the County in budgeting for future projects.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 2, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
