[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation services for older adults consultation services to the government authority located in New York.
- An assessment of the current state of the Department’s Going Places Transportation system. This may include observing dispatchers, van drivers and riders, software currently being used as well as partner agency operations.
- Reviewing transportation models of similarly situated AAAs across the country and evaluating successfulness, which may include consulting with or holding focus groups among partners and residents in those AAA regions.
- Creating a report on current state of operations and include recommendations on how to improve current operations and prepare for future changes in demographic needs.
- Assisting in the design of a more efficient, cost-effective and sustainable model to deliver transportation to the residents of County now and in the future.
- Identification of benchmark models of senior transportation programs and options successfully used by other municipalities in State and throughout the country.
- Identifying other transportation programs within County that could work together to create more transportation options for older adults and reducing duplication of services.
(2) A Pre-Proposal web conference call will be held on January 31, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 3, 2023.
