- Improve video conferencing.
- Improve audio and video recording and streaming.
- Improve audio conferencing.
- Improve tools for AV system control and administration.
- Improve assisted listening system.
- Improve presenter access to AV system.
- Provide staff training on AV system operation.
- Establish consistent AV system maintenance and support.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 23, 2023.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than March 09, 2023.
