(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated transportation management system.

- System should use a loosely coupled data model
- System shall support 150 concurrent users
- System shall be hosted in the private cloud tenancy (i.e., not shared) or on premise
- System shall support multiple roles and be able to customize permissions for each role
- System shall provide archival abilities for short term and long-term access or retrieval
- Production
- Test or Training
- Staging (Production - ready)
- Development
- Core System shall be upgradeable and all core code must be forward compatible, fully supported
- System shall be able to support multiple map tools (e.g. ArcGIS, Google, OpenStreetMap, etc.).
- System shall allow operators to save favourite views to be loaded
- System shall display field devices in lists or tabular and map or graphical views
- System shall provide a dashboard with reporting or analytics and KPIs
- System shall allow the operator to manually create an incident event
- System shall prepopulate all known event details and allow an operator to accept the detail or modify the detail prior to accepting
- System shall automatically create an unplanned event record for incidents in tunnel or roadway when detected by a field device
- System shall record and archive video for 30 days for up to 400 cameras
- System shall provide integrated rules-based alarm management capabilities
(2) A pre-proposal Conference or HOC Tour will be held on February 1, 2023.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than February 22, 2023.
