(1) Vendor needs to provide managed IT service support service.
- Remote and onsite support and maintenance, procurement and asset tracking (software and hardware), project management, implementation and support and high-level consultancy
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) services framework.
- Monitoring and preventative maintenance of all business-critical systems and services to identify potential performance, capacity and security issues with the aim of resolving them before they impact services to users
- Internet Service Provider (ISP) – Digital well, Virgin Media, Eir
- Telecoms/Voice Over IP (VOIP) IP Telecom
- Managed Print Service Providers
- Hardware Vendors – various, including Dell, HP, SonicWall
- Software vendors – Microsoft, Sage, Funder CRMs
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 3, 2023.
