[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide recycling collection service to provide curbside recycling collection services for all residential properties that are eligible for recycle collection and commercial properties that are currently participating in the recycling program within the city limits to the government authority located in Midland, MI.
- Recycle collection carts shall be 96-gallon capacity, green or brown in color with a minimum 200 lb. load limit, and shall have lids and wheels. Color of carts can be negotiated as long as carts are not gray or blue as the city uses those colors for refuse and yard waste collection.  - Materials collected shall be at least number 1, 2, 4, 5 & 7 plastics, newspapers, magazines, mixed paper, empty wax coated paper containers, cardboard, boxboard, steel tin, aluminum cans, empty aerosol cans and clear glass containers.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 2, 2023
(3) The contract period will be for three years.
