(1) Vendor needs to provide public website redesign services.
• Provide an exceptional user experience for our website visitors and content contributors.
• Ensure content accessibility and integrity to re-establish the website as the trusted primary information resource.
• Facilitate the promotion of County’s special events, initiatives and messaging
• Professional services for website audit / analysis, requirement assessment, stakeholder engagement, and project planning;
• Software, web, API and application development, data migration and management and web platform / stack (includes content management and onsite search) engineering and administration expertise to design, build, implement and test, per design plan;
• Information architecture, taxonomy and tagging, customer experience management, user interface design to design content / web pages.

- Recommend Approach and Collaborate on Project Plan
- Create Design and Build Document
- Setup benchmarking metrics

- Training and Knowledge Transfer
- Monitoring, Maintenance, and Warranty

- KPIs:
- Online Search engines, such as Google, produce results that include County specified content.
- Monthly Visits= Total Visits/Total Month

- Time for user to find/access content.
(2) An Optional pre-proposal conference will be held on February 16, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 16, 2023.
(4) The contract period will be for one year.
