[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide advisory services of a scientific nature to the government authority located in Virginia.  
- Engage in scientific discussions and exchange of information on key topics of interest to agency environmental assessment and studies programs through committee meetings or by conducting workshops or studies.
-  Provide agency with expert assessments of recent developments in selected fields of science and technology, including reviewing and providing expert advice at a high level on gaps and priorities for research.
- Participate as topical experts in consultations and efforts for consensus or non-consensus discussion with governmental partners and non-governmental stakeholders on scientific or technical issues where the expertise and standing of the NASEM is particularly valuable.
- Conduct independent peer review of selected documents provided by agency.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2023.
(3) The contract term will be five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
