[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide event setup and dismantling services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.
- Provide qualified temporary labor services to the Convention Center and/or at any other venue owned, managed and/or controlled by agency on an as-needed basis.
- Setting-up and dismantling of tables, chairs, staging equipment, and temporary event related structures.
- Moving and storing tables, chairs, staging equipment, skirting, table linens, and pipes and drapes from one location to another.
- Provide up to fifty (50) laborers per event,
- All working laborers and supervisors must always be in uniform and have proper credentials presented.
- The Contractor shall coordinate with the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (“COTR”)to develop a schedule to complete the Work.
- The Contractor shall perform all Work during various times primarily in the evening and on weekends as requested by the COTR.
- The Contractor shall immediately notify the COTR if the Contractor anticipates the Work cannot be performed as scheduled and shall promptly propose a rescheduling of the Work, provided
